Can I Put Gel Polish On Acrylic Nails

I saw someone talking about MMA and I am not sure if its in only acrylic or in gel too.

Can i put gel polish on acrylic nails. For instance you will need to prepare the acrylics with a nail file before applying the gel to ensure it adheres correctly. I do not really recommen. Like ombré glittering putting it in the gel instead of polish helps you not be able to feel it.
